Shipping & Returns - What You Need to Know Before Placing Your Order

We want you to be completely satisfied with the service and products you receive from us. That is why we ensure every order that leaves our store is checked thoroughly before finding its way to you. Our products are of the highest quality; but, if you are not satisfied for any reason, we will always be happy to rectify the situation.

Our quick delivery services are what sets us apart from other spice companies and it’s the reason why many foodservice and catering companies order from us every day. We help you to bridge the gaps in your stock levels without the usual long wait, and having to adjust your menus or disappoint your customers.

Our Returns Policy
We feel confident that you will be very happy with your order, but for any reason you are not, we can accept most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. We will give you a full refund, and if the issue was our fault, we will pay your return shipping costs too. Just let us know if we have sent you the wrong item, or the item was defective; we will do the rest.

Once a returned item has been received, you can expect your refund within four weeks of receipt. However, in most cases, you will receive your refund much quicker.

The refunds process is usually like this:

  • Transit time between us receiving your returned item from your shipping company - 5 to 10 business days.
  • The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it - 3 to 5 business days.
  • The time it takes your bank to process the refund request - 5 to 10 business days.

We make it easier than ever to process a return:

  • Simply login to your account.
  • Click the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
  • Once we have received and processed your returned items, we will send you a confirmation email.

Our Shipping Policy
Our customers come to us from far and wide and we can ship to virtually any address, but there may be some restrictions that prevent us from shipping to your country. We will let you know if there is a problem in these cases, or you may want to check with us before ordering.

Placing an order couldn’t be easier—we recommend that you set up an account online. This will help you to place your order quickly, set up multiple shipping addresses and to track and view your orders. We will give you an estimate of shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of items and the shipping options you choose.

All shipping rates are weight-based, and the weight of any item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
