Adds a delicious cinnamon flavor to baked goods and candies.  Frequently used to make candy apples, apple butter, and apple cider.  
 
Cinnamon oil will crystallize if stored below 59 degrees Fahrenheit, so please store it at room temperature.  If the oil crystallizes, simply place the bottle in warm water to liquefy.
