We want you to be completely satisfied with the service and products you receive from us. That is why we ensure every order that leaves our store is checked thoroughly before finding its way to you. Our products are of the highest quality; but, if you are not satisfied for any reason, we will always be happy to rectify the situation.

We help you to bridge the gaps in your stock levels without the usual long wait, and having to adjust your menus or disappoint your customers.
Our Returns Policy
We feel confident that you will be very happy with your order, but for any reason you are not, we can accept most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. We will give you a full refund, and if the issue was our fault, we will pay your return shipping costs too. Just let us know if we have sent you the wrong item, or the item was defective; we will do the rest.
Once a returned item has been received, you can expect your refund within four weeks of receipt. However, in most cases, you will receive your refund much quicker.
The refunds process is usually like this:

All shipping rates are weight-based, and the weight of any item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Due to the size of some larger items, there may be additional shipping charges.
