Is it safe to shop on the Pittsburgh Spice Company online store?
We make online shopping for your spices, seasonings, butcher equipment and sausage casings easy and secure. The checkout process is secured by HTTPS / TLS encryption and it is safe for you to purchase from. TLS (Transport Layer Security) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. At no point will your name, address or credit card details be made visible to anybody else, but our team. Do you ship worldwide?
We do not ship outside of the United States. For domestic shipping our rates are based on United Postal Service (UPS).
How do I return an item to you?
If you have received the incorrect item or a defective item, please give our office a call at 1-412-288-5036. We do not accept returns of food products due to our active food safety plans.
Can I place an order by phone?
Yes. Simply call us at 412-288-5036 to place your order and we will arrange delivery as quickly as possible.
Do I need to open an account to place an order online?
We recommend that you open an account on our website so that you can start to enjoy the many benefits of shopping with us online.
I’m interested in creating a proprietary spice blend. Is that possible?
We would be very happy to work with you to develop your own exclusive spice blend. We have worked with many customers and have developed over 800 recipes to match a specific flavor profile, or you can choose to create your own. We give you the freedom to be as unique as you like and to create fresh and exciting flavors that will get you noticed by your customers.
