Sweet Lebanon Bologna Seasoning 27.6oz.
A sweet bologna seasoning which was traditionally made by German settlers in south-central Pennsylvania. Sweet Lebanon Bologna is a semi-dry, fermented and heavily smoked sausage. Use 27.6 oz. of seasoning for 25 lbs. of meat.
1oz. cure pack sold separately if needed.
INGREDIENTS: SALT, SUGAR, CORN SYRUP SOLIDS, DEXTROSE, SPICES & ENCAPSULATED CITRIC ACID (CITRIC ACID, HYDROGENATED PALM OIL)
